The Curated Collective is an online fashion marketplace based in Mumbai, India, curating clothing and accessories from designers and brands across India and the world.
All users must be at least 18 years of age or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We strive to display products accurately, but variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting or photography.
All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders at our discretion. Prices are listed in INR and include GST unless otherwise stated, and may change without prior notice.
Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Shipping timelines vary based on product and location, and delays caused by logistics partners are beyond our control.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and requested within three (3) days of delivery; made-to-order and final sale items are not eligible for return.
All content, imagery, and copy on the Site are the property of The Curated Collective and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. Partner designers and brands agree to provide accurate images, product details, and line sheets; we may reshoot images for brand consistency, and such imagery remains the exclusive property of The Curated Collective.
Designers may repost these with due credit. All orders must be fulfilled according to agreed specifications and timelines; delays or cancellations may attract penalties as per the signed designer agreement.
Payments to designers are processed monthly between the 2nd and 5th of each month after applicable deductions. The Curated Collective shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
We reserve the right to suspend access, cancel orders, or terminate accounts for misuse or policy violations. Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and governed by the laws of India, with Mumbai courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
