Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unworn and unused
In its original condition
With all tags, labels, and packaging intact

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will process it as store credit or an exchange, based on your preference.

Please note:
We do not accept returns on custom items, including the Cherie Corset, or on skincare products.

Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that certain products may have restrictions and cannot be shipped to specific international destinations.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10 days.

Once your order is placed, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on:

- Your delivery location

Washing
• Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle
• Use cold water to maintain fabric quality
• Wash dark and light colors separately
• Turn garments inside out before washing
• Use mild, bleach-free detergent

Drying
• Do not wring the garment
• Lay flat to dry or hang in shade
• Avoid direct sunlight to prevent colour fading
• Do not tumble dry unless specified

Ironing
• Iron on low to medium heat
• Turn the garment inside out before ironing
• Avoid ironing directly on prints, embroidery, or embellishments

Storage
• Store in a cool, dry place
• Avoid hanging heavy knits to prevent stretching
• Keep garments away from moisture to prevent mildew

Extra Care
• Spot clean delicate areas when possible
• For embellished or specialty pieces, dry clean recommended

- Treat her with softness - no tugging, no pressure. Lace up the corset gently.
- Keep it folded upright, not flat.
- No need to wash , just a soft wet wipe, and she’s good. - Love it loud, store it safe.
